- Mold Production
Our enterprise, with its 29-year expertise on
mold production, projects that the most
important elements of mold production is speed
and long life.
Producing various metal form and cutting molds,
plastic injection molds, aluminum injection
molds and forged molds, our Enterprise makes its
production with appropriate materials,
sensitivity, CNC operations, Cad-Cam technology
and its dynamic staff.
- Prototype Production
The automotive sector is one of our key
competencies which we believe that we
distinguish ourselves by fast prototype
production in parallel with the needs of the
sector. Our enterprise offers its 29-year
expertise to its customers regarding the
production of limited number of iron sheet molds
required for fast production. Production time is
minimized thanks to the Cad-Cam technology and
CNC operations.
- Mass Production
In mass production, machine parts being
produced by metal filings or welding methods are
being processed in the quickest manner in all
sorts of metal filings production and assembly
procedure, and are subjected to assembly and
welding operations. In the mass production of
iron sheet pieces, relevant parts are given
their forms with eccentric and hydraulic presses
and the parts are finished in their final
measures, and under-gas and pointed welding is
used in welding operations.
In mass productions with metal filings, products
are produced by the CNC vertical processing
center.
- Design
In the advanced level solution that we have
selected for design all procedures are handled
by the Unigraphics software from the 3
dimensional modeling and industrial design of
product, to mechanical CAD design, from FEA
analysis to movement analysis, from mold design
to CAM practices, and the software’s Sheet Metal
module is used for iron sheet pieces.
